Primary purpose of the role Inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience Driving and maintaining team focus & engagement, through coaching and development Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of overall hotel operations, F&B, guest services and sales and marketing Strong leadership skills and great team player Monitoring, analysing and reviewing standards, policies and reports in line with Jenolan Caves guidelines Assist in the development of our tour offerings to incorporate a broader natural heritage and cultural experience across the entire Jenolan Caves site Analyse, report and act on business information with regard to the efficient operation of Housekeeping, Front Office and Food and Beverage Assisting the General Manager to meet the strategic goals of the business Essential requirements Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant experience in management of a Tourism based enterprise associated with Protected Area Management. Knowledge and experience in FoodSafe legislation and regulations. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with maintenance, marketing and yield management associated with a Tourism based Operation. Current Working with Children Check. Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
