The successful candidate for this role will be not only be on the front line as an ambassador for our established brand, but will have the ability and charisma to bring new customers to our extensive, premium and delicious range of goods. As In Store Demonstrator your responsibilities will include Setting up and conducting in-store demonstrations in various formats Being well versed on the Tasmanian Bakeries range possess the ability to confidently represent and speak on behalf of our brand, the values we hold and visions we share Transporting your portable demonstration area to store locations (Suitable vehicle required) Food preparation and handling within a busy customer environment Clear, confident and relatable communication skills are a must! You will be dealing with a broad variety of people, no two customers are ever the same The ability to ensure all company products are merchandised to the highest standard In short, the key purpose of this role is to introduce new customers to our much loved Tasmanian heritage brand and to continue building upon existing customers relationships across our ever-growing range of pasty lines. About you You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be a self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team. You will have personality in spades people trust and buy from people they like. We need you to be as friendly as they get. You will have a current drivers license and must be willing to work the occasional weekend and evenings in order to attend special events throughout your designated area.
