Specialising in medical practices and owner operator business, we are an MSP looking for an energised Level 2 Engineer to join us for an immediate start! You will be part of small helpdesk team with some duties performed at client sites as required. We are looking for an someone with 4 years experience in a similar role working in MSP environments. This is a hands-on role and you will be required to trouble shoot helpdesk tickets, so a positive can-do attitude is a must. Working knowledge of Windows Server (2019, 2016, 2012 R2, 2008 R2) Microsoft Exchange (2016, 2013, 2010) Hypervisors (HyperV and VMWare) Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, AzureAD) Strong networking skills Firewalls, UTMs, Routing& Switching, VLANs etc VoIP Systems Backup Software (Shadow Protect, Veeam) Responsible for Helpdesk support Liaise with clients to schedule remote and on-sitework after hours Deployments involving the Microsoft Stack and migrations to Cloud solutions Managing support issues through ticketing system and RMM tools Meeting SLA s and KPI measurements and report on tasks achieved and issues identified Identifying areas of improvement at client locations and reporting to manager Nice to have skills Autotask and MS Dynamics Azure, AWS and Google Cloud knowledge How to apply?
