You will have the ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate a strong initiative. Your new role This role will see you as the " go-to" person within the team and some of your duties will include Managing Administration workflow Adherence to company procedures and financial regulations Managing the office work environment Managing payroll Entering timesheets into MYOB Liaising with clients in a timely manner Providing a warm, welcoming, professional customer service Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system to compliance standards What you ll need to succeed You will be an experienced office manager who is a resilient team-player with a can-do attitude, plus have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
