About the Position Port Campbell,VictoriaDynamic Oil and Gas ASX Listed CompanyOtway, VictoriaHigh performing teamBased in our Otway Gas Plant, this role is responsible for the safe execution of the day - to - day production and maintenance activities required to meet the production delivery of the Otway asset & associated facilities and pipelines under contractual entitlements for specification and volume. The position will be rotational shift reporting to the shift Lead Technician. Accountabilities include but are not limited to Supporting delivery of the business objectives by maintaining compliance with all internal policies, procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Key in delivery of safe production operations and maintenance, through execution of routine production, operating the plant via the DCS systems, supporting the PTW systems including isolation of plant and plant & equipment monitoring in line with HSE and efficiency requirements. Requirement to demonstrate compliance to all applicable procedural and technical instruction issued in work directives, key in the execution of technical integrity. Ensure that equipment, installations and systems are operated and maintained according to the production and maintenance plans and scheduled work programs. Updating systems and assisting in the continuous improvement and review of procedures for operations and preventative maintenance. Provide training and mentoring to less - experienced members of the team, through competency assessments and providing on the job specialised training as required. We are looking for technically proficient individuals (Trade certified) with considerable Operational experience in the hydrocarbon / processing facilities industry working within hazardous areas. Emergency Response comprehension required. Understanding of maintenance / work planning / coordination, supported by experience of maintenance management systems (EAMS, MAXIMO, SAP) essential. The role will require a current driving license. You will be delivery focused - with the ability to build fruitful and value - adding relationships with a range of stakeholders.
