A Records Analyst that provides 1st level user support & help desk services for TRIM is required for 4 months Your new company A state government agency requires an experienced records analyst specialised in TRIM and helpdesk duties for a contract for 4 months to start at short notice. Your new role The Records Analyst undertakes a key role within the records management team in the provision of services to assist and manage this organisations information in compliance with records management legislative requirements. In addition, you will provides first level user support and help desk services for TRIM and will undertake a key role in assisting employees understand record keeping requirements and provide advice and support in the use of TRIM. Provide first level user support and help desk services for TRIM Engage and provide specialist advice to staff/projects/working parties Proactively work with business areas to develop business specific processes that focus on service and records management system utilisation improvement Ensure records access and security is in line with the organisations requirements Develop records management business rules and guidelines Undertake assessment of business areas performance maturity against the mandatory record keeping standards / specifications using the online record keeping assessment tool What you ll need to succeed Experience with Electronic Document and Records Management Systems EDRMS (specifically TRIM). Demonstrated experience in records management within medium to large government or corporate organisations. Knowledge of legislation and standards relating to management of information systems and ability to interpret and explain record management principles and processes. Experience working with business areas to develop processes to support them meet their records management requirements. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients. Demonstrated analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify issues, think laterally and develop appropriate strategies. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks for self to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively. Possess and promote a commitment to service excellence and the continuous improvement of service standards.
