About the Position An established Education organisation is lookingfor a Service Designer to improve a number of experiences within the business. Description The successful Service Designer will be responsible for Leading a team focused on improving the service design processes Conducting customer research to understand the customer and stakeholder needs Assist the development of a redesigned service proposition Contribute to the prototyping of new solutions Coordinate and conduct user testing of prototypes with end users Refine the product/services based on research and feedback Facilitate interviews and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience Profile The successful Service Designer is expected to meet the following requirements Ability to lead a project team but also be hands-on with design. Highly experienced with conducting customer research, compiling research into reports and communicating the research and insights. Experience creating customer journey maps and service blueprints to visualise and demonstrate the customer experience Demonstrate design principles and processes A passion for human centred design principles Experience working in an agile/scrum methodology Job Offer The successful Service Designer will be offered an immediate start on an initial 6 month contract with permanent prospects.
